Pricing/Service Information
$30.00 non-refundable retainer is due at the time of booking. This fee is in addition to the regular service fee.
Above/beyond 20 miles outside of Santa's zip code (23228), there is an additional gas/travel fee of $125.00.
Payments may be made via Venmo, PayPal, or personal check. Payments may be made in 2 installments.
Half of full fee is due October 1st, 2nd half due prior to the date of the event.
A 5% late fee is added for each week final payments are not made.
New clients receive 10% discount given If booked between July 1 - Sept. 1. No discounts given after this date.

NICE LIST CERTIFICATES
Each child at your gathering will receive a special nice list certificate from the North Pole. Recommended for smaller groups, under 15 children.
STORYTELLING
Santa will read a special Christmas story of his or your choosing. *Twas the Night Before Christmas is available.
MAGICAL ORNAMENTS
Santa leads the children in magical painting, resulting in one-of-kind Christmas ornaments for your tree. (Only available for groups of
2 - 4 children)
COLORING SHEETS
Who doesn't love to color Santa? Ask about custom coloring sheets that Santa can bring or leave with your guests as a fun post-visit activity!
REINDEER SHOES
These amazing shoes right off Santa's reindeer will dazzle your imagination! Comes with a bag of "reindeer food" to leave out in the yard.
